This website is operated by CY, a company based in Türkiye working across music, tourism and real estate. CY is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, area of interest and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company name and phone number.

We use necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time. Our cookie policy lists every cookie and its purpose.

We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

We process this data because it is necessary to respond to a request you have made, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running our business, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your message is stored with our database provider and a notification is sent to our team through our email provider. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, usage data is also shared with the providers named in our cookie policy. These providers may process data outside Türkiye under appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete or anonymise them.
